TAMS receives a lot of emails, calls and messages from people seeking diagnosis and treatment for their mast cell illness. A lot of these ask the same questions, so we have put together some information to help you.

TAMS is a volunteer-led organisation. We can respond to general enquiries seeking publicly available information about medical practitioners, third-party support agencies for mast cell activation disorders internationally, and support organisations for related comorbid conditions locally.

We are not medical professionals and cannot review, assess, interpret or comment on detailed individual medical histories, nor are our services set up to receive this information securely. For your privacy and security, and to ensure we can respond to your enquiry, please do not include attached or written test results, detailed information about medication regimens, or personal medical histories. Forms and emails with such information will not be reviewed and will be deleted immediately to minimise privacy risks.
