Thank you Sue
We would like to extend our appreciation to Sue Dickinson for her valuable contributions to TAMS during its formative years. Sue joined the committee in April 2012, shortly after our first TAMS Conference in Port Macquarie, and played a significant role as a dedicated committee member over the years. We are grateful for her commitment and time to TAMS’ advocacy and member support.
Welcome Cindy and Jack
As we continue to grow with a mix of fresh and experienced voices, we welcomed two casual committee members in August. Cindy Cluett has rejoined the Committee after a five-year break and TAMS welcomes her new insights and perspectives. We are also pleased to introduce Jack Coley, a new Committee member who is looking forward to strengthening our awareness and social activities.
About Cindy
Cindy lives in Albany, Western Australia, and was diagnosed with mastocytosis urticaria pigmentosa at the age of 10. In 2010, she received a further diagnosis of systemic mastocytosis. Despite her challenges, Cindy leads a busy life, working full-time as a School Officer and traveling around Australia. She is a mother of three adult children and has five grandchildren. Cindy first joined the TAMS Committee in 2017, took a break in 2019 due to family commitments, and is excited to return to continue helping raise awareness and support for others with mastocytosis.
About Jack
With strong connections to people living with systemic mastocytosis and MCAS, both locally and internationally, Jack is passionate about raising awareness for these conditions. He has actively participated in TAMS campaigns and looks forward to applying his experience in small business and digital content creation to support TAMS in achieving greater recognition for MCADs and providing better community support.
